One of the latest options from Stag Arms, LLC is the company's new PXC-9 Series of AR-pattern pistol-caliber carbines. Chambered in 9mm, this news series of pistols and rifles have been purpose-built to bring the reliability and familiarity of the AR-style rifle to a pistol-caliber platform and include features such as Glock magazine compatibility and last-round bolt hold-open.

“The Stag PXC-9 Series is the newest edition to our ever-evolving line-up of AR-style firearms,” said Anthony Ash, president for Stag Arms, LLC. “By looking at the proprietary bolt and the enhanced features on the receivers, customers will notice that the Stag PXC Series stands out from the competition. This model not only reaffirms our commitment to producing high-quality and reliable firearms, but also our commitment to innovating for our customers.”

The Stag PXC will initially be offered in 9mm with additional calibers being offered later in 2019. Later caliber options will include .40 S&W, .45 ACP and 10mm. Four different models are available in the new Stag Arms PXC-9 lineup. The pistol-caliber carbine model features a 16-inch barrel, and a short-barreled rifle will also be available, outfitted with a 10-inch barrel. AR-style pistols will also be included in the lineup, having a barrel length of either 10 inches or 5.5 inches.

The last round bolt hold open was designed to work reliably with Glock and Glock-pattern pistol magazines, and the last-round bolt hold-open assembly also helps protects the action from dirt and debris and allows for rapid reloads when needed. The assembly is built to provide reliable operation even during extended shooting sessions.

Stag Arms will also be releasing PXC models chambered in .40S&W, 10mm, and .45ACP in late summer or early fall of 2019, and the Stag PXC left-handed series is scheduled for release in 2020.
