The SIG Sauer Electro-Optics Division expanded its KILO lineup with the addition of the KILO2200MR laser rangefinder.

“We listen to our customers, and with the KILO2000, we had a lot them who wanted something a little different,” said Andy York, President SIG SAUER Electro-Optics Division. “We gave them what they asked for with the new KILO2200 MR—a smaller targeting circle and milling features, and then we upped the ranging performance even more because, at SIG, that’s just what we do.”

The KILO2200MR features a 7x25 mm monocular with anti-reflective coatings for improved light transmission. The unit features the company's trademarked LightWave DSP technology to increase rangefinding distance. On reflective targets, the rangefinder will read targets up to 2 miles away. Trees can be ranged at a distance of 1,600 yards, while deer can be ranged at distances of 1,300 yards.

The rangefinder also includes innovative features such as the company's HyperScan technology, which ranges targets four times a second. The unit also features an advanced OLED display that gives users a more accurate aiming circle along with milling features.

The KILO2200MR features a magnesium housing and weighs only 7.5 ounces, including batteries. The suggested retail price on the new rangefinder is $599.99.
