In an effort to provide tactical and long-range competition shooters with a high-powered optic that ensures premium performance, Bushnell added a new flagship model riflescope to its lineup: the Elite Tactical XRS II.

“Military, law-enforcement and competitive shooters demand precision,” said Bryan Parrish, elite tactical product manager for Bushnell. “The XRS II delivers it in spades. This optic is purpose-built for extreme ranges under the harshest conditions.”

The Bushnell Elite Tactical XRS II riflescope features a 4.5-30X magnification range, enabling precision-rifle owners to magnify faraway targets that previously were out of range. The new optic enables these shooters to enhance their capabilities, extending their range and heightening their target-identification abilities.

The optic is constructed with a 50 mm objective lens and is crafted with the company's ED Prime Glass designed to provide a clear sight picture, even in low-light situations. The optic is also equipped with a number of high-end features, including the company's RevLimiter Zero Stop turret design.

“The XRS II is precision incarnate,” Parrish said. “Making adjustments is as simple as it is accurate, with a locking windage turret and an elevation turret featuring the RevLimiter Zero Stop, which will not turn past zero. It offers 10 MILs of adjustment per revolution.”

Other features on the new Bushnell Elite Tactical XRS II riflescope include a throw lever that allows shooters to quickly and easily enhance or lower magnification power, allowing them to tailor the field of view or magnification to a target in mere seconds. The throw lever can also be removed for shooters who prefer using a standard power ring.

The optic also comes with a locking diopter that ensures the scope remains in focus at all times. The XRS II riflescope is waterproof and comes coated with Bushnell's EXO barrier, which repels dust and other debris, ensuring that shooters have a clear sight picture at all times.

The Bushnell Elite Tactical XRS II riflescope is available with gray, black and flat dark earth housings and can be had with the company's G3 reticle, a Horus H59 reticle or a TRMR3 reticle. The suggested retail price on the new optic starts at $3,149.95.
