1791 Gunleather chest Holster

1791 Outdoor Lifestyle Group manufactures and sells leather holsters, EDC tool organizers and associated outdoor gear and sporting goods, and has now introduced its new Pathfinder Chest Holster, an open-carry holster created for hunters, campers, hikers, pilots or anyone who needs quick, unobstructed access to their handgun in case of an emergency. A chest holster positions the firearm across the chest, keeping it easily accessible without interfering with arm movement or other gear, like a backpack. This is especially useful when carrying heavy loads or navigating rough terrain, as it avoids the hip area where a traditional holster might snag or feel cumbersome. It also distributes weight more evenly across the torso, which can reduce fatigue during long treks. The Pathfinder Chest Holster features a load bearing strap that can be adjusted when worn and an adjustable retention strap. This combination makes it easy to carry full-size handguns all day comfortably and securely yet position them for easy access. A chest holster is also easy to use when seated, making them well-suited for use when riding horses or an ATV.

Handcrafted from 100-percent, certified American-native heavy steerhide, the Pathfinder Chest Holster is durable and able to withstand harsh environmental conditions while keeping handguns secure yet accessible. The Pathfinder is available in five different sizes. One model fits N-frame Smith & Wesson revolvers and similar guns like the Ruger Super Redhawk. Another model is available for a variety of 1911-style pistols, a third fits full-sized SIG Sauer P320 pistols, another works with larger, double-stack Glock pistols and the fifth model works with K- and L-frame Smith & Wesson revolvers and similar-sized guns like the Ruger GP100 and Security Six.

The Pathfinder Chest Holster is now available in brown with an MSRP of $174.99. More information on the Pathfinder Chest Holster and other 1791 Outdoor Lifestyle Group holsters, EDC tool organizers and accessories is available at 1791gunleather.com.
