With more than 45 years of experience in the production of magazines under contract for the U.S. government, Okay Industries took lessons learned from its extensive production history to develop the new SureFeed E2 AR-15 magazine.

The SureFeed E2 AR-15 magazine is designed to enhance reliability, thanks to new, low-friction feed-lip geometry that minimizes the amount of force needed for the bolt to strip a fresh cartridge from the magazine. Added benefits are also seen in real-world environments thanks to this new design, since it provides consistent reliability even when fouled by dirt, dust or carbon fouling.
Found on the sides of the magazine body are embossed texture patterns, the first of their kind seen on a metal magazine body. This new texture pattern provides a secure grip for magazine changes or other maneuvers, particularly in damp environments or for users with gloved hands. Despite the aggressive new texture, the pattern is designed to not interfere with the insertion or removal of magazines from chest rigs or other pouch-storage products. Another added feature found on the magazine body is an embossed "5.56mm" marking that allows for instantaneous, visual caliber identification before loading.
Completely made in the USA, Surefeed E2 AR-15 magazines use a magazine body and floor plate made from heat-treated 6061 aluminum for added durability. Inside the body, users will find a self-lubricating, anti-tilt follower held into place with a mil-spec stainless-steel spring. The magazines can be had in the company's mil-spec DFL gray finish or with a PTFE finish available in black or desert tan.
