Viking Solutions offers shooters a Complete Target System that includes a target stand, proof chains, an AR500 steel plate gong and all of the necessary hardware to set up the system in 10 minutes.

The system features a simple metal framework that is held together with nuts and bolts, providing a sturdy target stand from which to hang a steel gong. The company estimates an initial setup time of 10 minutes, with setup taking just 30 seconds per session after all of the parts are assembled.

Viking Solutions offers three different steel gong options with the kit: 6-inch, 8-inch and 10-inch steel plates. All of the plates are made from AR500 steel, which measures in at 3/8 of an inch in thickness. According to the company, the steel is rated for up to .30 caliber high-powered rifles. The company recommends that shooters place the target no less than 100 yards from their shooting position for optimum safety. Depending on the length of chain used to hang the plate, the target will settle about 10 seconds after a hit.

The Complete Target System retails for $64.99 for a 6-inch gong, $74.99 for an 8-inch gong and $79.99 for a 10-inch gong. All targets come with four florescent orange target stickers.
