One of the biggest strengths of polymer holsters is the durability. Leather looks much better, but over time, wear and the elements take their toll on natural materials. Not so much with polymer.

Fobus' 1911 Roto Paddle Holster is a rugged design that allows for myriad positions using the rotating attachment system. It's a paddle holster, so getting it onto and off of your belt is simple, without the need for removing the belt from the loops (if desired, Fobus sells a conversion to change the Roto Paddle to a belt holster).

Designed for Government- and Commander-length models, the Roto Paddle holster is impervious to weather and cleaning products, holds the pistol firmly using passive retention (friction-fit) and can be precisely adjusted for strong-side, small-of-back, cross-draw and numerous other carry positions per the end user's wishes. It's inexpensive but not cheap, and should hold up to just about anything in the day-to-day world.

MSRP: $34.99.
