Radians—well known for its tactical eyewear—added LFS Glove to its group of companies, which already includes RadWear, VisionAid and RadPlugs. LFS glove has been providing hand protection for more than 18 years and is the exclusive importer and distributor of Bellingham gloves and other respected name brands. Its latest introduction is designed for fire-and-rescue first responders, but the company’s Estwing lineup and versions for mechanics are regulars at most ranges.

“Our acquisition of LFS Glove will help Radians to continue our aggressive expansion of our hand-protection category,” said Mike Tutor, CEO of Radians. “The combination will provide our customers with an outstanding selection of gloves to meet a multitude of applications in the industrial and retail markets….”

“The team at Bellingham Glove is very enthusiastic about this new partnership,” LFS Glove Vice President Bill Stevens said. “Bellingham Glove and Radians have both built reputations for innovation and excellence in the past 20 years. Combining our strengths will allow us to serve and supply our customers even more effectively.”

“Radians plans to work closely with the Bellingham Glove team during the integration of our operating systems, sales team and inventory to ensure that best-in-class processes and systems are maintained to allow for a smooth transition and excellence in customer service," Radians President Bill England said.

Radians is headquartered in Memphis, TN, and may be best known for its partnership with high-visibility companies like DeWalt and Black & Decker to provide high-performance personal protection gear at a variety of big-box stores. Its products are also designed and marketed for shooting enthusiasts under different labels, including CrossFire eyewear, Radians shooting gloves and hearing protection.

LFS is based in Bellingham, WA, and specializes in marine, industrial and recreational hand wear. Prior to the acquisition, the company already offered specialized hunting gloves in camo patterns.
