Leupold has announced the launch of four new models in its VX-3i riflescope line, all of which feature the company’s ZeroLock CDS dial for the first time. The award-winning VX-3i line appeals to shooters and hunters alike, thanks to its renowned versatility.

Now it is available with one of Leupold’s most popular attributes, the ZeroLock dial. Four VX-3i CDS-ZL models are already shipping. Two will feature a 30 mm maintube and a side-focus feature, while two others have a 1-inch main tube and no side focus. Magnification ranges from 3.5-10x to 4.5-14x, and Duplex and Wind-Plex reticles are available.

The ZeroLock feature prevents unintended adjustments and ensures an accurate return to zero. Fast and easy to use, it’s a low-profile, one revolution, and CDS-ready dial. It marks the first time that Leupold has made ZeroLock technology available at a price point below that of the popular VX-5HD.

“The VX-3i is already one of the most versatile and successful Gold Ring riflescopes we’ve ever built,” said Vici Peters, product line manager for Leupold. “But we wanted to give our consumers more value. The ZeroLock dial is a premium feature that we’re excited to make available on a line that’s accessible to hunters and shooters across the entire industry.”

Also included is Leupold’s proprietary CDS (Custom Dial System) feature. One free dial is included with the purchase of each CDS-compatible scope. Leupold will customize an elevation dial to match an exact load, velocity and average atmospheric conditions. The resulting dial allows end-users to easily compensate for bullet drop and make ultra-quick adjustments on the fly.

Like all the company’s riflescopes, the VX-3i is designed, machined and assembled in Beaverton, OR. It is backed by the firm’s legendary Full Lifetime Guarantee. Leupold is a fifth generation, family-owned company that designs, machines and assembles its riflescopes, mounting systems and tactical/Gold Ring spotting scopes in the USA.
