The list of features on the already impressive Honor Defense Honor Guard pistol keeps growing. Now, shooters have the option of adding an ambidextrous safety to any model in the Honor Guard line of handguns.

"Ambidextrous safeties are now available in both Sub-Compact and Long Slide weapons" said Gary Ramey, president of Honor Defense. "They are perfect for people that prefer having a Manual Safety on their firearm. Ambidextrous safeties are perfect for LE and firearm owners that train both left-handed and right-handed."

Best of all, the added ambidextrous safety will not cost users extra money. Like all guns in the Honor Defense lineup, the ambi-safety version will retail at a suggested price of $499.

Other features found on the Honor Defense Honor Guard include a modular chassis, ambidextrous slide catch and magazine release, snag-free sights, +P ammo capability, custom backstraps and a short-reset trigger with a 7-pound pull.
