This new kit offers Glock owners ultimate results from their pistols in one kit. Starting with the Alpha Competition trigger platform, the Ultimate Builder’s Kit also includes a striker, striker spring, connector, safety plunger and safety plunger spring for the Gen 3-4 series, or a striker, striker spring, and connector for Gen 5 series Glocks. The striker is made from stainless steel and matches the geometry of the Alpha Competition sear, while the safety plunger matches the geometry of the Alpha Competition trigger bar and is made from tool steel. All Ultimate Builder’s Kit parts are heat-treated and NP3-coated for durability and increased lubricity.
With a factory set pull weight of 2.5 to 3 pounds, the Timney Alpha Competition UBK trigger kit answers the call for a trigger that maintains the feel of a Timney Trigger while still maintaining the reliability and dependability of the Glock operating system. With the UBK’s improved trigger design, Timney has created an upgraded trigger that retains the reliability of the Glock while offering a lighter pull weight and a smoother feel.
