New from CZ USA is the CZ Scorpion 3+, which builds on the proven features of the CZ Scorpion EVO 3 by with upgrades requested by CZ's customers. This fully redesigned large format pistol improves the Scorpion's Evo 3's ergonomics and user-friendly operation, but it also adds advanced materials that are tougher and lighter than on previous models.

Along with the ambidextrous safety carried over from the Evo 3, the Scorpion 3+ has an ambidextrous bolt catch that allows for either left or right-handed operation. The new AR-style mag release is easily accessible from both sides of the pistol, allowing for intuitive operation in high-stress situations.
In addition to this, the new ergonomic grip design of the Scorpion 3+ creates a more comfortable shooting experience for the user, and the M-Lok handguard is now upgraded from aluminum to polymer to reduce heat transfer to the user's hand.
The slimmed-down upper receiver of the Scorpion 3+ accommodates more options when attaching different accessories to replace the end cap. The mag well of the pistol is redesigned and resized to increase the available space on the handguard for large or gloved hands. The adjustable four aperture aluminum sights are updated to deliver lower 1/3 co-witness with popular red-dot optics for a better sight picture and more reliable use as a backup.
CZ also added recessed texture to the magazine for more positive grip during reloads. There is now also a locking window on the magazine body which accommodates the new AR-style mag release. The magazines for the Scorpion 3+ magazines are also compatible with previous generations of the Scorpion. The Scorpion 3+ Micro pistol also features a 4.2-inch cold hammer-forged barrel with a 1/2x28 tpi thread and removable flash can.
