SnapSafe wall safe

SnapSafe is releasing two new In-Wall Safes that install securely between wall studs, safeguarding your valuables out-of-sight. These new In-Wall Safes are available in two sizes – 22- and 44-inch-tall versions - making it easy to find a safe that is right for you.

The In-Wall Safe mounts flush against the wall allowing for concealment behind pictures, furniture or other household objects. The 16-gauge steel body and extra-thick 8-gauge door on both safes thwarts unauthorized access if discovered. The safes use an innovative latch mechanism that maximizes usable interior space while hidden hinges impede prying and cutting attacks on the container. Both safes fit the industry-standard 16-inch on-center wall stud spacing, and there are pre-drilled holes to attach the safe tight to the framing using the included bolts.

A battery-powered electronic keypad provides quick entry to the In-Wall Safe, and the design allows orienting the door for either a left- or right-hand opening. The lock has audio and LED warnings when the battery level is running low, and there is also a barrel key backup.

There are removable storage shelves to customize the interior layout and a padded mat on the floor prevents damage to delicate items. The safes come with magnetic jewelry and key hooks to organize smaller pieces, and a magnetic document holder stows essential papers on the door in a flat and accessible location.
