Dead Air Silencers and Ruger Firearms have joined forces to introduce the RXD Series, a new line of suppressors. These new suppressors are not a rebrand or a re-skin of an existing suppressor, they are built from the ground-up to match the performance, design and maintainability of Ruger’s firearm platforms.

The RXD22Ti and RXD30Ti are the first in this new suppressor lineup, delivering high-level suppression for both small-caliber and long-range precision shooters. The RXD22Ti is purpose-built for small-caliber platforms like high-velocity rimfire and small-caliber centerfire guns. The RXD22Ti is compatible with .22 LR, .22 WSM, .17 HMR, 4.6mm, and 5.7x28mm ammunition and features Dead Air’s Triskelion single-piece PVD-coated mono-core. The RXD22Ti is constructed using additive manufacturing for enhanced strength, lighter weight, and simplified maintenance and the internal geometry allows for sophisticated acoustic engineering that ensures optimal sound suppression.

The RXD22Ti utilizes the all-new XRF rimfire muzzle brake. This is a tapered muzzle device compatible with numerous platforms (from ½x28 and M10x1), allowing the shooter to use the RXD22Ti on multiple firearms while still having a secure lockup. The XRF brake also helps capture lead before it enters the suppressor core, making for easier cleanup.

When swapping firearms or performing scheduled maintenance, the RXD22Ti’s Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) tool means that the suppressor and subcomponents will accommodate the most common, non-proprietary tools for removal and component disassembly.

The RXD22Ti suppressor is available with a Black or Burnt Bronze high-temperature Cerakote exterior finish with an MSRP of $499.

Designed for serious hunters and precision marksmen, the RXD30Ti combines Dead Air Silencers’ advanced Triskelion and Nomad baffle technologies to work with today’s hardest-hitting .30-caliber cartridges. In addition to this, the suppressor’s integrated E-Brake feature makes for a softer-shooting gun with up to 40-percent reduction in felt recoil when compared to a bare muzzle. Additional benefits of the RXD30Ti include reduced muzzle flash courtesy of the RXD front cap and minimized blast-baffle erosion thanks to a new direct-thread brake mount. Compatibility with Hub accessories ensure easy adaptation to numerous firearm platforms via direct-thread or quick-disconnect applications, and the RXD30Ti is caliber-rated for 6.5 PRC, 7 PRC, and up to .300 PRC. Finish options include Black and Burnt Bronze in high-temperature Carakote. MSRP for the RXD30Ti is $1099.
