PHLster Wedge Rx

PHLster is launching of Wedge Rx, a medical-grade holster wedge that is purpose-built to deliver top-grade comfort, superior concealment and easy installation for people who carry their defensive pistol in an appendix-inside-the-waistband (AIWB) holster.

Founded in 2010, PHLster designs forward-thinking concealment gear and provides industry-leading education that empowers responsible firearm owners to carry comfortably and confidently. PHLster products are proudly engineered and manufactured in the U.S.

“After studying thousands of DIY wedges from real users, we discovered they tend to converge on the same asymmetrical profile,” said Jon Hauptman, founder of PHLster. “Wedge Rx captures that proven shape right out of the box, so carriers can skip the trial and error of carving and crafting and enjoy immediate, all-day comfort and concealment.”

PHLster Wedge Rx Features

  • Pro-tuned asymmetrical design: Wide muzzle-side padding and an offset tapered spine pivot the grip inward, enhancing concealment while relieving hot-spot pressure.
  • Orthotic-grade foam core: High-density foam maintains its shape yet remains gentle on sensitive tissue.
  • Skin-friendly exterior: Hospital-grade coating resists sweat and abrasion, prevents skin shear and wipes clean in seconds.
  • Tailored fit options: Available in right- or left-hand orientations and small or large sizes.
  • Universal, tool-free mounting: Adhesive hook-and-loop installs on any Kydex, Boltaron, or polymer IWB holster.

The MSRP for the small Wedge Rx is $14 and the MSRP for the large model is $19. The more information on this new product as well as other gear available from PHLster can be found at phlster.com.
