Mission First Leather Hybrid Holster

Mission First Tactical (MFT) is adding an option for a black leather holster to its Hybrid Leather holsters, which includes outside the waistband (OWB), inside the waistband (IWB) and appendix (AIWB) holster options. These holsters not only suit the three main preferred methods of everyday carry, but they also are designed to be ambidextrous for either left or right handed use. The Hybrid Leather holster product line is designed to combine the style and feel of leather with the precision fit and convenience of Kydex. Because these holsters all have an inner Kydex shell, it is virtually impossible for the outer leather layer to soften up and collapse into the trigger guard over time, as is the case with other styles of concealment leather holsters, which can become a serious safety issue which the Hybrid Leather holster prevents. Like other holsters in the Mission First line, these holsters have an audible click when your pistol snaps into place, allowing for peace of mind and safe concealed carry.

Mission First Hybrid holsters are currently available for popular handguns made by major manufacturers such as Smith and Wesson, Taurus, Springfield Armory, SIG Sauer, Glock and standard single-stack 1911 pattern firearms.

Features across the Mission First Tactical’s leather hybrid holster product line include:

  • Adjustable cant of 0-15 degrees
  • 1.5 inch belt clip comes standard on all models
  • Ambidextrous hole patterns for right or left-handed carry
  • Cut for slide mounted optics (RMR Reflex sight compatible)
  • Sight track compatible with suppressor sights
  • Molded, trimmed, assembled and buffed by hand
  • Comfortable for constant wear
  • Made in the USA at MFT facilities

MSRP for the Mssion First Tactival Leather Hybrid holster ranges from $69 to $79. For more information on these new holsters or other products from Mission First Tactical, please visit missionfirstactical.com

MIM Myths

Metal-injection molding (MIM) creates complex, durable and reliable metal parts in things we use daily. Its ability to churn out high volumes at reduced cost endeared it to the firearm industry decades ago. Despite that fact, gun companies we asked about the process were tight lipped.
