Steyr Arms USA is now offering two new innovative aftermarket accessories from Corvus Defensio that increase the functionality of your Steyr AUG: The new M-Lok Forward Accessory Rail and the A3 M-Lok Receiver Rail.

The Corvus Defensio M-Lok Forward Accessory Rail replaces the vertical foregrip on your AUG in order to provide you with a mounting solution for M-Lok grips, bipods, laser sights and lights. The accessory rail has a seven-slot Picatinny top rail and three M-Lok mounting positions on each side and one on the bottom.

The new A3 M-Lok Receiver Rail is a multi-function mounting system that is designed to replace the standard top rail on the original style A3 receiver. At 14.76 inches in length, this 35-slot hard-anodized 7075-aluminum rail gives AUG A3 owners the longest mounting system available for the attachment of optics, back-up iron sights, lasers devices and all sorts of accessories.

Weighing just 5.15 ounces and spanning 0.25 inches in front of the ejection port to slightly more than 1.5 inches beyond the forward edge of the gas block. The rail features two forward M-Lok slots on each side, QD-sling swivel attachment points on each side of the rail and an integrated barrel-rotation block. The A3 M-Lok Receiver Rail also provides an interface to direct-mount Trijicon ACOG riflescopes via seven mounting holes after removing the Picatinny base.

The A3 M-Lok Receiver Rail is not compatible with the current AUG A3 M1, however, the similarly designed 23-slot M1 Receiver Rail is available for use with the AUG A3 M1. The M-Lok Forward Accessory Rail is made from hard-anodized 7075-aluminum and weighs just 2.1 ounces. The receiver rail as two accessory M-Lok-mounted Picatinny rails: A four-slot rail that can be mounted on either side and a 17-slot bottom rail that are also available for $34 and $49, respectively, including mounting hardware.

MSRP on the A3 M-Lok Receiver Rail is $199, and MSRP on the M-Lok Forward Accessory Rail is $159. More information on both these products is available at steyr-arms.com/us/.
