Firefield launched its new line of Carbon Series rifle bags, designed to protect firearms from damage during transport. The series features four new bags: the Single Rifle Bag, the Double Rifle Bag, the Covert/Breakdown Rifle Bag and the Range Bag.

The Single Rifle Bag is designed to store and transport a single rifle, but the bag also features an additional pouch sized to fit a handgun. The pistol pouch is accessible from the interior and exterior of the bag. The interior of the rifle bag features soft padding, along with adjustable hook-and-loop attachment straps for securing the rifle during transport. The bag also features a full-length locking zippered closure and six magazine pouches.

The Double Rifle Bag features the same construction as the Single Rifle Bag, but the bag is slightly oversized and features a padded divider that allows users to secure two rifles without risking damage to either firearm. In addition, the Double Rifle Bag also features three oversized pockets for extra gear storage.

The company also introduced its Covert/Breakdown Rifle Bag, which is designed to store and transport firearms that feature a folding stock, can break down or have short barrels. The bag has a padded main compartment, along with adjustable hook-and-loop straps and an internal pocket sized to hold a handgun or other gear. Total length of the covert bag is 28 inches long.

Finally, Firefield introduced its Carbon Series Range Bag, which has some unique features to help shooters in the field. The bag features four foam-padded sleeves designed to hold handguns, and the main compartment is sized to fit most .50-caliber ammo cans. For those taking targets to the range, the bag includes an integrated sleeve that separates targets from the main compartment, making sure they remain unmarred. The bag also folds out to provide users with a cleaning mat at the range.

The suggested retail price for the Single Rifle Bag is $95.99, while the Double Rifle Bag retails for $119.99. The Covert/Breakdown Rifle Bag and the Range Bag both retail at a suggested price of $83.99.
