Christensen Arms added two new models to its lineup of modern sporting rifles in 2017, offering the new CA-15 and CA-10 Gen 2 rifles. Both rifles are built with either stainless-steel or carbon-fiber rifle barrels and are constructed with billet 7075 receiver sets that are matched with slim carbon-fiber handguards. Both guns come with a free-float barrel that is guaranteed to shoot sub-MOA.

The CA-15 Gen 2 features a match-grade trigger and comes with a flared magwell and a BCM Gunfighter stock. The 416R stainless-steel barrel is button-rifled and features a 1/2x28 TPI threaded muzzle, along with a stainless-steel flash hider. The barrel also features a match chamber. The optional carbon-fiber features a stainless-steel insert that is wrapped in aerospace-grade carbon fiber. The carbon-fiber barrel also features a titanium flash hider. Both barrels feature a .223 Wylde chamber.

The CA-15 also features a 14.75-inch slim-line handguard that is constructed from carbon fiber and is available in both KeyMod and M-Lok configurations. The CA-15 Gen 2 weighs in at 5.8 pounds with a carbon-fiber barrel, while the stainless-steel model weighs in at 5.9 pounds. The suggested retail price on the CA-15 platform starts at $1,749 with a stainless-steel barrel. The suggested retail price for a model with a carbon-fiber barrel is $2,295.

The CA-10 Gen 2 includes many of the same features as the CA-15 Gen 2, including both carbon-fiber and stainless-steel match barrel options. The rifle also comes with a 15-inch slim-line carbon-fiber handguard available in both KeyMod and M-Lok configurations. The rifle is available in both .308 Win. and 6.5 Creedmoor, with an 18-inch and a 20-inch barrel, respectively.

The weight of the CA-10 with a carbon-fiber barrel is 7.2 pounds, while the stainless-steel model weighs in at 7.7 pounds. The suggested retail price for the stainless steel model is $2,595, while the carbon-fiber model retails for $2,995.
