Phoenix Weaponry is a custom firearms manufacturer headquartered in Berthoud, CO. The company is launching a new line of stocks designed to work with AR-pattern firearms. Its first offering is a fully adjustable buttstock for precision rifles that is built from aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, along with a beard-friendly Kydex cheek rest.

The new buttstock was created by Phoenix Weaponry Owner Aaron Cayce after shooting many long-range events with an AR-platform rifle.

“A key component to maintaining shot placement round after round is having a buttstock setup correctly for you,” he said. “Only a true, fully adjustable, precision buttstock like ours, can get you to that level.”

The Phoenix Weaponry precision AR buttstock ships complete with new buffer tube, cheek rest, buttstock mount, shoulder pad, and all necessary hardware to install. Customers can choose from five different colors including  Matte Black, Flat Dark Earth, OD Green, Tungsten, and Burnt Bronze. Customers will need to provide their own carbine length buffer and spring.

In addition to this, Phoenix Weaponry also offers the Spartan, a minimalist style stock and cheek rest combo that is designed for competition and 3-Gun shooters who demand durability and light weight. The Spartan allows you to use the standard A2 or pistol buffer tubes to create a light weight adjustable buttstock, and is machined from 7075-T6 aluminum.

Phoenix Weaponry also offers a new fixed stock called the A3, which is meant to be an improved version of the traditional A2 style stock. This new stock is precision machined from 6061 aluminum and weighs just over 2 pounds with the buffer tube. The adjustable cheek rest is molded from Kydex, and there is also an adjustable recoil pad. The A3 stock includes a Picatinny rail on the bottom to attach a monopod, and is shipped complete with buffer tube, rifle length buffer and spring.
