The new Credo series of riflescopes from Trijicon are packed with features for tactical application, and there are nine models to chose from with a variety of models in each category. The three that are best suited for MSR rifles are the 1-4x24, 1-6x24 and the 1-8x28. With most you have the option of a BDC-style Segmented Reticle or an MRAD ranging reticle and with a low-end magnification of 1X these riflescopes are ideally adapted to close-quarters entry work or competition shooting at spitting distances.

The Credo line also includes a 2-10x36, 2-10x56, 2.5-15x42, 2.5-15x56, 3-9x40 and a 4-16x50. Though any of these would work ideally on an MSR intended to perform in a more generalized or distance role, all six would be just as at home on a precision bolt-action rifle, partly because of their magnification range and partly because of additional reticles like the MRAD Ranging and MRAD Center Dot. As you would expect from a company who has been providing illuminated reticles for a long time, you will have the option of red or green illumination.

Other features of the Credo line include 1/10th MIL horizontal and vertical reticle adjustment, with re-position-able turrets, 30 mm or 34 mm tubes, fully multi-coated glass and fast-focusing eyepieces. There is also a raised, but unobtrusive, throw lever on the magnification ring to help you swiftly and accurately set the magnification to the precise setting.

In all, Trijicon is offering 23 different variants in the Credo line. Regardless of your mission, whether it be for tactical, practical or competition purpose, you should easily be able to identify a Credo riflescope that will serve your needs. Prices range from about a grand to $1,500. For more information check out: trijicon.com
