The new Sightmark Volta solar reflex sight combines the best of two worlds, with solar and battery power combined to provide a true dual power system and uninterrupted operation. It is powered by solar cells directly on top of the optic housing and a pair of AAA batteries and the optic provides users the choice of which power source works best for their situation.

If the AAA batteries powering the Volta run out, the unit will automatically switch to solar power. In fact, the Volta can run off pure solar power without any batteries at all, providing literally infinite daylight use.

Shooters can forget fumbling with reticle brightness while on the go, too, as the Volta features the groundbreaking Eclipse Light Management System (ELMS) that automatically adjusts the brightness of the reticle based on the light of the surrounding environment. A popular 2-MOA red-dot reticle with 1/2-MOA adjustments make Voltas ideal for a wide variety of shooting scenarios and distances. Featuring a covered design for added protection, the optic adds even more durability from its scratch-resistant and anti-reflective lens coating.

Volta red dots also feature single side access to both windage and elevation adjustments, adjustable mount height, unlimited eye relief, digital switch brightness controls, wide operating temperature of -22 to 122 degrees Fahrenheit and a shockproof design. The Volta comes standard with rubber cover, both an absolute co-witness and low picatinny mount, and Sightmark’s lifetime warranty.

Sightmark manufactures a variety of award-winning products including riflescopes, gun sights, laser sights, night vision, flashlights, bore sights and other cutting-edge, premium shooting accessories. Inspired by military and law enforcement technology, Sightmark products are designed for competition, shooting, home defense, personal safety and other tactical applications, as well as hunting.
