For AR owners who prefer to outfit their AR-15s with fixed stocks, the all-new Hogue Overmolded AR-15 fixed buttstock is designed with all of the attractive features of the company's collapsible-stock design in a fixed, secure configuration.

“We already offer a best-selling, collapsible buttstock packed with high-end features, so it made perfect sense to reinterpret it for a fixed alternative,” Hogue Co-Owner and Master Toolmaker Jim Bruhns said.

The stock is constructed with the company's hybrid blend of reinforced polymer and overmolded rubber. With the addition of the company's patented overmolding technology, bearded shooters no longer have to worry about whisker hairs getting trapped or irritated, thanks to the comfortable design of the rubberized cheek piece.

In addition to the softened stock comb, the butt pad used on the Hogue Overmolded AR-15 stock features the same unique construction that combines the rubberized coating combined with durable polymer, creating a padded surface that works to absorb recoil. At the top of the recoil pad is a slick polymer surface that ensures users can quickly and easily bring the rifle up to the shoulder and into a secure firing position without getting slowed down by the cushioned rubber pad.

While the padded surfaces provide enhanced shooter comfort, that's not the only stand-out feature of the overmolded design. The stock also incorporates a number of quick-detach sling-swivel mounting points as well as several sling-mounting positions, giving users their choice of sling setup and added versatility with different carry methods.

Each Hogue Overmolded AR-15 buttstock fits all standard, non-collapsible A2 buffer tubes and can be installed onto a tube within seconds. Available colors are black, flat dark earth, OD green, purple, aqua, pink, red lava and Ghillie green. The suggested retail price on the stock is $49.95 for black, while all other colors retail at a suggested price of $59.95.
