CMMG joined the launch of the all-new .224 Valkyrie long-range AR-15 round by producing its Mk4 DTR2 rifle, built from the ground up to take advantage of this hot, new precision-rifle cartridge.

The Mk4 DTR2 is a single model equipped with all of the features company engineers felt were needed to get the most at extended distances. The rifle is equipped with a 24-inch barrel, the company's own muzzle-brake design and a Geissele precision trigger, giving shooters the complete package needed to excel at the range. In addition to these critical elements, CMMG also incorporated a few new design features into this all-new Mk4.

For all the details on this new-for-2018 rifle, take a look at the range video above.
