Smith & Wesson launched its "Savings You Can Carry" mail-in rebate program, designed to offer consumers cash back on some of the company's most popular firearms.

“We are excited to announce the “Savings You Can Carry” rebate offer,” said Matt Buckingham, president of the firearms division for Smith & Wesson. “Whether you are in the market for our best-selling M&P Shield pistol, our M&P Bodyguard 380 pistol, or one of our value-priced Smith & Wesson Self Defense pistols, the new rebate gives our customers the chance to purchase one of these popular firearms and take advantage of some significant savings.”

The company is offering a $75 rebate with the purchase of a new Smith & Wesson M&P Shield pistol, $50 back on new M&P Bodyguard 380s and $25 back on the Smith & Wesson SD and SDVE handguns.

Consumers who would like to participate in the rebate promotion have three different options. They can complete and submit a rebate form online, print out and complete a rebate form and submit it by mail or obtain a rebate form at a local Smith & Wesson dealer and submit it by mail.

The rebate promotion applies to all M&P Shield, Bodyguard 380 and SD/SDVE pistols sold between April 1 and June 30, 2017. All rebate submissions need to include proof of purchase and must be submitted to the company on or before July 31, 2017. For more information, visit the company's rebate website here.
