The new RT-6 riflescope from Burris Optics is designed to be an entry-level AR optic for those looking to get started in competitive 3-Gun shooting. The scope is designed for easy handling and has a number of features intended to be beneficial in a competition setting.

The RT-6 features a 1-6x zoom range, with a true 1x setting that is designed to allow for eyes-open engagement at close ranges. The Ballistic AR mil reticle comes with trajectory compensation, allowing shooters to accurately put shots on target out to 600 yards.

The optic also comes with an illuminated reticle and features 11 illumination settings. An integrated throw lever is included and can be adjusted anywhere along the zoom ring to fit a shooter's preferences. The scope features a 30 mm main tube and is nitrogen-purged and waterproof, shockproof and fogproof. The scope also features a matte finish and comes with Burris' no-questions-asked warranty.

The scope itself is available at a suggested retail price of $230.79, but the company also offers a package that includes the scope, a FastFire 3 red-dot optic and the company's PEPR Mount for $373.66.
