Veteran-owned Troy Industries is celebrating National Military Appreciation Month with special offers to honor our service members, retired military, veterans, spouses and their families and friends. Use promo code SOLDIER17 through May 31 and you’ll receive 17 percent off your accessory purchase—third-party products excluded. Add a three-pack of the company’s 30-round BattleMags and your entire order ships for free (USP ground).

“Since Day One, TROY has offered discounts and incentives to our military,” said company founder Steve Troy. “Military Appreciation Month is the perfect time to bring the American public together to rally around our troops.”

Troy also offers tribute carbines of Vietnam—the Troy GAS-5/A/A and XM177E2—with 10 percent off with orders from credentialed members of the military.

“Our American Gunfighter Program provides specialty pricing on rifles and carbines not available to the general public and MyServiceRifle.com makes charitable contributions to military support groups such as POW MIA National League of Families, Special Operations Association and Special Forces Association with each carbine sold,” Troy said.

The XM177E2 was developed in 1967 to suit the specific combat needs of MACV-SOG, a highly classified, multi-service U.S. special forces unit. The Troy reproduction meticulously recreates this highly desired gun, known for its compact size, firepower, reliability and reduced signature. This month the baseline model is marked down from $1,199 to $1,079.10.

The GAU-5/A/A is the USAF version of the XM177E2 and historically replicates the weapon used by The Son Tay Raiders in the largest rescue attempt of American POWs. This month, it has also been marked down to the same price.

As a special way of saying thank you to those who protect our freedoms, a gift of a Troy 2017 Challenge Coin, baseball cap and drawstring backpack will be sent to all members of the U.S. military when they send an e-mail to [email protected] with their order number and a copy of their credentials (DD Form 256 or DD Form 214). For customers submitting DD Form 214, please only provide the section of the form that includes name, rank and branch of service—edit out any additional sensitive information before e-mailing.

The National Military Appreciation Month promotions run through May 31, but military discounts are available year-round.
