Kel-Tec is one of the most innovative and creative firearms manufacturers out there today, and the new R50 is further proof of that fact. The R50 is built on the P50 pistol, but it has a folding stock attached to the bottom of the pistol grip which turns into an honest-to-goodness rifle. Just like the P50, the R50 uses 50 round magazines from the FN P90 PDW, and it has a 16-inch threaded barrel as well a Picatinny rail on the top of the receiver to mount your choice of optic.
