The Precision Adjust Knife Sharpener is a jig and clamp style manual sharpener that makes it easier to manually sharpen knives by hand because the blades are held in place at the correct angles needed for a properly keen edge. These abrasives are easily swapped out via a common handle. The device makes use of a non-marring V-block clamp that secures blades, and its weight provides benchtop stability so that knives can be moved and sharpened safely.
