Taurus GX2 9mm Pistol

Taurus USA introduces the new GX2, an entry-level 9mm pistol that is designed to meet the needs of first-time shooters and experienced concealed-carry practicioners alike. The GX2 challenges the notion that affordability must come with compromises, by incorporating features typically found in higher-priced models. The pistol uses industry-standard steel dovetail sights that are compatible with a wide variety of aftermarket sights. There is a short section of Picatinny rail on the polymer frame underneath the slide in front of the trigger guard for mounting your choice of a light or laser. The pistol has striker-fired action with a hinged trigger safety for a smooth, consistent trigger pull, and there also is a manual safety on the frame for an extra layer of security. The GX2 ships with two 13-round, double-stack magazines for peace of mind and can accept GX4 Carry 15-round magazines. The new GX2 is also covered by Taurus USA’s Limited lifetime warranty.
