Springfield Armory Hellcat Pro Comp OSP Pistol

Springfield Armory is launching the new Hellcat Pro Comp OSP 9mm pistol. Integrally compensated to reduce felt recoil and muzzle rise, the Hellcat Pro Comp is engineered to offer a balance between concealability, performance and capacity.

The integral compensator featured on the Hellcat Pro Comp is designed with a single port on the top of the hammer-forged slide and barrel. This is done to redirect gas upwards to reduce muzzle rise and enhance control. This allows you to deliver faster and more accurate follow-up shots. In addition, the front sight is positioned behind the compensator for an uninterrupted sight picture during long strings of fire.

The Hellcat Pro family of pistols was designed to combine the performance of a larger handgun with concealability and capacity. It is a compact pistol that offers 15 rounds of 9mm in a smaller footprint than any other gun in its class. The Hellcat Pro also ships with a 17-round extended magazine, giving shooters the ability to carry in either configuration. Both 15-round and 10-round variants are also available for restricted locales.

Designed with the use of red-dot optics in mind, the Hellcat Pro Comp features an OSP (Optical Sight Pistol) configuration. The slide is milled to accept the smallest, most popular micro red dots on the market. The pistol also boasts a versatile rail on the dustcover of the frame, allowing for seamless integration of your preferred accessories.

“The Hellcat Pro was designed to deliver full-size performance in a concealable, EDC-ready package with unmatched ergonomics,” said Steve Kramer, Springfield Armory’s Vice President of Marketing. “Now with the Hellcat Pro Comp, shooters have a new option that combines advanced performance with ease of concealability.”
