6mm 107-grain HPBT MatchKing-X

Sierra Bullets is adding a 6mm, 107-grain HPBT MatchKing-X (MKX) projectile to its MatchKing-X line. The MKX line, launched in April, was created from a coming-together of consumer demand and the expertise of the Sierra Bullets team. Outdoorsmen wanted to see the MatchKing’s precision and accuracy in the field, so Sierra Bullets re-designed the bullet to enhance terminal performance while still preserving the qualities of the original line. As a result, the MatchKing-X is now available for shooters and hunters alike.

“We’re excited to introduce this 6mm 107-grain MatchKing-X (MKX) bullet into our lineup. Its MatchKing counterpart has been a top performer in our line since the rise in popularity of 6mm cartridges. Naturally, the inclusion of this 6mm offering into our MKX lineup has been highly anticipated,” said Sierra Bullets’ marketing manager Colby Adamek. “This new offering gives competitive 6mm shooters a precision-engineered bullet they can confidently take from the range to the field, delivering the performance needed for both competition and hunting applications.”

The new 107-grain Hollow Point Boat Tail MKX mirrors the design of its 107-grain MatchKing counterpart, maintaining the same ogive profile and external dimensions. This consistency allows the transition between precision match shooting and hunting without adjusting seating dies. Sierra Bullets looks forward to expanding the lineup even further, with a 7mm MKX option to become available later this summer.

MSRP for a 100-count box of 107-grain Hollow Point Boat Tail MKX bullets is $50.99, and a 500-count box is $244.99. For more information on the MatchKing-X line or other products from Sierra Bullets, visit sierrabullets.com.
