MDT JAE-G5 Chassis

MDT is continuing the legacy of the JAE precision rifle chassis with the new MDT JAE-G5 chassis system for Remington short-action rifles. The MDT JAE-G5 Chassis offers extensive adjustment options such as the barricade-stop position, magazine-latch height, cheek-rest height and length-of-pull. The chassis also comes with both a vertical and angled grip for better hand positioning.

The adjustable magazine latch lets you fine-tune your magazine placement to help reduce feeding issues.

The MDT JAE-G5 Chassis features a rubber “gasket” that sits between the stock’s panels and its aluminum core to reduce unwanted vibrations and create a “dense” or “dead” feeling when shooting. This feature also helps maintain stability, allowing you to maintain precise control and focus on your target without any distractions. The chassis attaches to your action with the help of two screws, eliminating the need for complicated gunsmithing.

V-Block bedding involves using a precisely machined tapered V-shaped block to secure the rifle's action within the chassis. Ensuring consistent contact between the action and the chassis, improving accuracy by minimizing movement during firing. V-Block bedding is crucial for achieving optimal accuracy and stability, making it highly valued in precision shooting.
