Modular Driven Technologies (MDT) is adding the Crossover Rifle Stock (XRS) Chassis to its existing line of outstanding precision rifle chassis systems.

The XRS Chassis is designed for shooters who prefer the fit and feel of a traditional-shaped rifle stock, but still want the benefits of a modern precision rifle chassis system. Every XRS Chassis is built on a core of aircraft grade aluminum that is CNC machined along its full length for a precise fit of every component, with textured high-strength polymer panels for insulation from the elements. MDT’s precision aluminum v-block bedding system ensures fit and function that maximizes the accuracy of any rifle action without the need for a traditional bedding system. The XRS chassis also has a replaceable over-molded and textured grip system with both an angled grip and a vertical grip included in the box.

The MDT XRS Chassis is one of the most-advanced and configurable crossover stocks on the market today. It’s traditional design makes it an ideal performance upgrade for any factory rifle or as the foundation for a custom rifle build. The stock weighs just 3.9 pounds (depending on inlet), making the XRS Chassis ideal for both hunting or target rifles. The XRS Chassis features an adjustable length-of-pull via spacers from 13 inches to 15+ inches and a quick adjust cheekpiece to easily adjust for scope height over bore. The XRS Chassis accepts standard AICS-pattern magazines and has an easy-to-manipulate ambidextrous magazine latch. The 12.12-inch long fore-end of the chassis features built in M-LOK slots for easy accessory mounting and attachment of ARCA or Picatinny rails.

The XRS Chassis is currently available for the Remington 700 short action with Rem783 SA, Tikka SA, Savage SA, and Howa 1500 SA versions available in the very near future.

MSRP for the MDT XRS Chassis is $499.95, and more information is available at mdttac.com.
