Lipseys Exclusive Ruger MkIV Pistol

Lipsey’s, one of the largest firearm distributors in the United States, has partnered with Sturm, Ruger & Co. to launch a limited-edition, classically styled version of the ubiquitous Ruger Mark IV .22LR pistol. In addition to this collaboration between Lipsey’s and Ruger, this rimfire handgun project also involves the Council To Advance Hunting And The Shooting Sports (CAHSS). Lipsey’s will be donating $50 from the sale of each pistol to CAHSS to help promote youth shooting sports. CAHSS’s primary objective is recruiting, retaining and reactivating new gun owners by strategically increasing and diversifying participation in shooting sports and hunting. Lipsey’s is happy to support their cause and help promote shooting sports and the Second Amendment for future generations. This special run of .22-caliber target pistols have serial numbers that start with “CAHSS - xxx .”

The Ruger Mark IV is a classically styled semi-automatic rimfire pistol that has a black finish with a gold accent trigger and rosewood stocks with medallions. This pistol is built on the newer Ruger Mark IV body and sports a 4-inch bull barrel and adjustable iron sights. The top of the pistol is also drilled and tapped to accommodate optics.

Jason Cloessner, Lipsey’s Senior Vice President and Product Development Manager, on the new exclusive collaboration: “The MK4BL model Ruger is one of our all-time classic exclusives. Using this platform to create awareness for the great work CAHSS is doing for hunting and shooting sports makes it even better.”

“I am thrilled to tell you that a portion of the proceeds from every sale will be dedicated to promoting participation in and support for competitive youth shooting sports,” said Dr. Steve Leath, Executive Director, CAHSS. “This exclusive firearm bolsters the Council's ability to provide crucial support to state and federal agencies, organizations, and industry initiatives that safeguard our esteemed shooting heritage. I hope you will join us in championing this pivotal work and elevate your shooting experience with the Ruger Mark IV Limited Edition.”
