LaserMax has recently adapted its Guide Rod Laser for use in the latest generation of Glock pistol models, including Gen 5 17, 17 MOS and Gen 5 34 MOS.

This laser sight replaces Glock's factory recoil spring and guide rod assembly with a high intensity laser sighting system for improved target acquisition in a variety of lighting conditions. The guide rod is easily installed without the need for gunsmithing or special tools and is constructed with rugged, precision components such as aircraft-grade aluminum and stainless steel.

“As Glock continues to grow their pistol portfolio with new generation models, LaserMax supports the ecosystem with guide rod lasers that are in high demand. Based on our relentless testing, our results prove that no other laser sighting system is as durable and accurate over as many rounds as ours have proven to be year after year,” said Kurt Worden, Director of LaserMax Product Sales.

Rather than mount below the frame or attach to the grip, the LaserMax Guide Rod Laser fits entirely inside the gun itself. This unique design allows you to use all the holsters available for the Glock 17 Gen 5, Glock 17 MOS and Glock 34 Gen 5.

Features of the LaserMax Guide Rod Laser include:

  • User programmable for pulse or steady red beam
  • Internal design does not restrict grip or holster selection
  • Distinct ambidextrous ON/OFF switch reinforces safe firearm handling
  • Automatic time-out after 10 minutes prevents inadvertent battery drain
  • Proximity to the bore provides maximum POA/POI accuracy
  • Guaranteed alignment right out of the box

MSRP on the LaserMax Guide Rod Laser for Glock 17 Gen 5, Glock 17 MOS and Glock 34 Gen 5 is $349.00. More information on these products and the rest of the LaserMax line is available at lasermax.com
