Sub2000 Gen3

The Kel-Tec SUB2000 has set the standard for easy to carry, easy to shoot 9mm carbines. With t's unique capabilities to fold in half and use industry standard magazines, the SUB20000 is ideal for use when your defensive pistol needs a helping hand. Now, Kel-Tec is coming out with a new model of this popular carbine, the 9mm SUB2000 Gen3. The new twist? Literally just that; it twists. The fore-end of the gun rotates with a single twist-and-fold motion of the patent-pending mechanism, allowing your optics and accessories to remain on the gun when it is folded for transport. Simply release the barrel assembly with a lever, twist the fore-end in either direction, snap it into place and you're ready to go. M-Lok slots have been added to the sides of the fore-end for easy mounting of accessories, and the barrel is threaded to easily add a muzzle brake or suppressor.

The action of the SUB2000 now features a redesigned operating handle for added comfort.

Other updates include ergonomic improvements such as an aluminum trigger, a lightened trigger pull that requires around five pounds of effort and an ambidextrous bolt hold-open notch. In addition to this, there is a redesigned operating handle with a new easy-pullback action and best of all, the Gen3 SUB20000 still uses standard double-stack Glock magazines.

There is also a chamber indicator peephole that has been added to the SUB2000 Gen3 to further assist the user in operating the firearm safely. Any ammo in the chamber of the gun is now visible through the peephole when a round is chambered.
