Helix 6 Precision is known for making high-quality carbon fiber rifle barrels. By wrapping carbon fiber around a steel core using a proprietary carbon fiber layup design, Helix 6 creates a match grade barrel that dampens barrel harmonics for improved accuracy. As a result, Helix 6 Precision barrels are light, strong, and cool off fast, giving increased performance and reliable accuracy.

In the heart of every Helix 6 Precision barrel is a match-grade 416R stainless steel core, which is an advanced, corrosion resistant steel alloy well-suited for making precision rifle barrels. Each barrel is hand lapped for improved accuracy and minimal fouling. All Helix 6 barrels are built to extremely tight tolerances, and each one must pass a rigorous inspection before leaving their facilities.

Helix 6 makes their barrels in many popular long-range calibers, ranging from .224 to .338. Shooters can either install the barrels themselves into a pre-fit Savage or Ruger Precision Rifle barrel, and carbon fiber barrel blanks are available for chambering and fitting to your rifle by a professional gunsmith. In addition to this, Helix 6 makes one-off custom barrels in any caliber, twist, or contour, allowing you to build your rifle to your exact specifications.
