Pouch is constructed from the company's trademarked ULTRAcomp laminate material, which offers durable, lightweight construction that can be attached to any MOLLE-compatible gear, such as packs, belts, plate carriers and more. The design of the carrier is based on carrying a standard CAT tourniquet but can be used with a number of tourniquet designs on the market, including the SOF, RATS, TK4, SWAT-T and others. The top of the pouch features an elastic keeper that secures the tourniquet into place, and the lid of the carrier is secured into place with a ball-loaded index point that allows for easy one-handed opening.
