C&H Precision (CHPWS) CEO and Founder Buck Holly has acquired a controlling interest in RuckPack, a veteran-founded company specializing in healthy energy drinks and supplements. Rob Dyer, founder of RuckPack, will remain with the company as managing partner.

Together, Holly and Dyer, longtime friends and former Marine Corps service members, aim to revolutionize the energy drink and supplement industry. Their shared vision is rooted in a commitment to health, wellness, and delivering high-quality alternatives to the sugar-laden, over-caffeinated beverages dominating the market.

“Our goal is simple: to provide consumers with better options that fuel their energy needs and cognitive functions without compromising their health,” Holly said. “We believe in transparency, quality and putting people’s health first. This partnership underscores our commitment to redefining what energy drinks and supplements can and should be.”

RuckPack, a brand inspired by military service, has cultivated a loyal following by prioritizing clean ingredients and evidence-based benefits. Under Holly’s leadership, the company plans to expand its product line while staying true to its mission of offering healthier, mission-driven energy solutions.

“Having Buck join the RuckPack team as a partner is a tremendous step forward for our brand,” said Dyer. “His expertise and entrepreneurial spirit align perfectly with our vision. I’m excited to see how we can grow and evolve together while staying true to the values that built this company.”

Holly and Dyer’s partnership leverages their combined leadership, innovation and dedication to wellness to drive the company forward. Plans include introducing new functional energy drinks and supplements designed to provide sustainable energy without harmful side effects.

C&H Precision is a family-owned and operated small business serving the shooting community from its headquarters in Richmond Hill, GA. The company offers pistol optics, optics-mounting solutions and custom slide-milling services. The company recently broke ground on a new 50,000-square-foot facility in Richmond Hill and expects to relocate its staff and all operations in the first quarter of 2025.
