First Shots: Diamondback DBX57 in 5.7x28 mm

Diamondback recently introduced the DBX57, a pistol chambered in the resurgent 5.7x28 mm cartridge. The DBX57 also uses FN Five-Seven-type polymer magazine (20-round capacity) for convenience, while utilizing a locked breech, dual gas piston system. 

The DBX57 is incredibly lightweight and concealable, weighing in at just 3 pounds with an overall length of 15.25 inches. The Barrel length is 8 inches and it has a 1:9-inch twist with muzzle device attached. The DBX57 doesn't come with sights or a pistol brace, though both can be added via Picatinny rail attachment points. The handguard also features M-Lok attachment points. MSRP on the DBX57 is $1,125.
