First Look: Zeta6 K-PAK Speedloader

Zeta Industries is introducing a new and unique revolver speedloader that is designed specifically for six-shot, K-frame-size revolvers. The new K-PAK is a low cost, polyurethane speedloader that arranges six rounds into two equal three-round arcs. Unlike traditional rigid speedloaders, K-PAK is narrow and flexible, making it easy to carry on your person.

"The inspiration for this design was the moon clip, used since the early 20th century to quickly reload revolvers," said Michael Lyle, product designer. “We wanted to make the speedloader completely symmetrical, so the user would not have to think about orientation. For this reason, we pointed the two half-round moon clip patterns in opposite directions creating something that we call an offset strip speedloader."

The Zeta6 K-PAK speedloader works well with all grip types, and quickly loads three rounds at a time in a manner similar to two half moon clips. The speedloader fits nearly flat in pockets of shirts, pants, vests and jackets, making it an excellent reload option for concealed carry. Made from tough BPA-, BPS- and BPF-free polyurethane material, it is suitable for use in both hot and cold environments.

The Zeta6 K-PAK Speed Loader will fit the following six-round revolvers chambered in .38 Spl./.357 Mag.:

  • Smith & Wesson Models 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 19, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68 and 315
  • Colt PPS, Detective Special, Agent, Cobra and King Cobra Models
  • Kimber K6s revolver
  • Taurus Models 856, 65, 80, 82, 606, 669 and 689
  • Dan Wesson .38/.357 K-frames
  • Rossi .38/.357 K-frames

The K-PAK will not work with Ruger GP100, Security Six, Service Six, Speed Six revolvers or Smith & Wesson L-frame revolvers. The Zeta6 K-PAK speedloader is sold in packs of two, with an MSRP of $11.95.
