Currently, 42 states allow the use of suppressors on handguns and rifles. However, when it comes to handguns, your sight picture can often be affected by the mass of your suppressor blocking out the front sight. This prevents you from having a good sight picture on the target and can dramatically affect your accuracy. Meprolight solves that dilemma with suppressor height Meprolight R4E Tru-Dot self-illuminated day/night sights for Glock and H&K VP9 owners.

Designed to replace existing front and rear sights, the taller tritium integrated sights allow you to see the target clearly over the suppressor. Meprolight Tru-Dot sight dots are perfect for daylight, low-light and nighttime conditions. The fixed, suppressor-height sights are available in orange, yellow or green color combination models.

Rapid target acquisition is a critical component of defensive shooting. Designed by two highly experienced U.S. Special Forces veterans, the R4E Optimized Duty Sights have five elements for sight alignment. The sight has three vertical and two horizontal lines which produce a reticle type sight picture that improves target acquisition time. The lines are tritium enhanced on the rear sight to help improve target acquisition in low light conditions.

R4E Suppressor Sight Features

  • Designed by decorated Special Forces veterans.
  • Additional vertical and horizontal lines for optimum sight alignment.
  • Tritium-based self-illumination for low-light shooting conditions.
  • No batteries required.
  • The MEPRO R4E sights are available in color combinations of Green/Green, Green/Orange, Orange/Green, Orange/Orange.

Meprolight is a leader in aftermarket self-illuminated sights for handguns, making sights for over 24 different manufacturers including Glock, Heckler & Koch, SIG, Smith & Wesson, Springfield Armory, IWI, Ruger and CZ. The R4E Tru-Dot Suppressor sights for Glock and H&K VP9 have an MSRP of $129, and more information is available at meprolight.com.
