New from European American Armory (EAA) is a line of Commander-sized 1911-style pistols with the features, options and performance of more expensive guns, but priced to give you more money in your pocket.

With the new Girsan MC1911C and C-TV pistols in .45 ACP and 9 mm, EAA has taken the popular 1911 Commander-style design and put their stamp of excellence and affordability on an already popular pistol.

The 1911 pistol-style is one of the most sought-after models for everyday carry and competition and the new MC1911C and C-TV pistols are designed to provide consumers with the features they need. Many of the features on these pistols are typically found on more expensive competition pistols, but come standard on the MC1911C and C-TV, such as a Novak style rear sight, an extended beavertail with checkering, a long-hole hammer, slide serrations, and a skeletonized trigger. Speaking of triggers, the new Girsan MC1911C and C-TV pistols have a clean, crisp trigger pull that comes in the range of 3.5 to 4 pounds.

The fully-machined steel frame and slide on the MC1911C and C-TV pistols are offered in three finishes: Blue/Black, Two-Tone and a Dark Earth finish. The pistols all have a checkered front and back grip for added grip confidence, and an option for a Dot Carry Optic instead of the standard Novak sights is available on the MC1911C-TV. Both pistols feature an accessory rail in front of the trigger guard to allow for the mounting of lights and lasers.
