Providing a rare opportunity to firearm collectors in the U.S., Walther Arms is celebrating the return of its PPK family and the beginning of U.S.-based manufacturing with the launch of its First Edition line of PPK/S handguns. This limited-edition run will be limited to only 1,250 units, ranging from serial numbers 101-1350. This will be a one-time run, giving handgun collectors a short window of opportunity to grab a future collectible firearm!

We are very excited about the release of the First Edition PPK/S," saud Bret Vorhees, vice president of sales and marketing at Walther Arms. "To build upon the history of this timeless pistol and offer a collector’s item was a fun project. The Fort Smith, AR, production is another mark on the storied history of this pistol, and we look forward to the future of the PPK series.”

This TALO exclusive First Edition model features a stainless-steel finish matched with elegant cocobolo wood grips and chambered in .380 ACP. The slide is marked “First Edition” on the right side under the ejection port.

At the time of its invention more than 80 years ago, the PPK inspired an entire industry of small, discreet handguns for concealed-carry use.

An evolution of the classic PPK, the PPK/S maintains the timeless features, essence and the elegance of the original with an additional extended grip allowing for added capacity and improved ergonomics. Few guns have withstood the test of time like the classic lines of the PPK. Even today, with a market crowded with an incredible number of concealed-carry guns, fans of the PPK still seek it out as a go-to option, thanks to its clean, classic look.

The suggested retail price on the Walther Arms PPK/S First Edition model is $769, and more information can be found at waltherarms.com.
