Bear Ops is rolling out two new modified drop-point EDC knives under the Rancor II name—the MC-400-SS-S and the MC-400-B4-B. Both are designed for heavy-duty use in military and law-enforcement operations by the tactical knife brand of Bear & Son Cutlery, ensuring that you'll have a knife built well enough to handle everyday tasks and more as part of your EDC kit.

The new Bear & Son Bear Ops Rancor II knives are hand-built at the company's manufacturing facility in Alabama for everyday carry by people who demand top performance and reliability in their knives. Each knife features a premium CPM-S30V blade steel, which is known for its high edge-retention and rust-resistance. The MC-400-SS-S and MC-400-B4-B are available in black or satin blade finishes, and each model deploys quickly, thanks to the inclusion of precision-formed ball-bearing washers.

The stainless-steel model of the Bear Ops RancorII features a stainless-steel handle, while the non-stainless model of the knife comes standard with black G10 handles. Both handles are skeletonized to reduce overall weight to a light 4.5 ounces and include grip ridges for secure handling and superior ergonomics. Each Rancor II comes standard with a durable pocket clip that allows for tip-up carry and quick access. Both knives are covered by a limited lifetime warranty.
