New for 2019 is the MicroRDS red dot sight sight from Meprolight USA. Small, rugged, energy efficient, the MicroRDS is an excellent sighting system for handguns, shotguns or rifles.

The MEPRO MicroRDS has a patent-pending quick-release dovetail adapter that allows the sight to be mounted and dismounted from an optics-ready pistol with just a click. Included in the sight are MEPRO night sights that provide a backup sight picture for the red dot optic, and also allow The Quick Release Adapter is currently available for many “Optics-Ready” pistols, such as Glock, SIG Sauer, Smith & Wesson M&P models and the CZ 75-85 and Heckler & Koch VP9 pistols. Quick-release adapters for other pistols will be released in the future.

This new red dot optical sight also features a large 0.9 x 0.7 inch display window with a 3-MOA red dot, and is powered by one CR2032 battery. The sight has horizontal and vertical zeroing knobs for a fast, easy zero and quick adjustments.

When attached to a rifle, the Meprolight MicroRDS makes an excellent back up sight for quick target acquisitions and fast follow-up shots at close distances. The backup TRU-DOT Night Sight has an integral rail for easy attachment, and it also supports a variety of other manufacturer’s self-illuminating sights.

The Meprolight MEPRO MicroRDS red-dot sight joins the company's innovative, new MEPRO FORESIGHT as part of the company's new-for-2019 releases. The FORESIGHT is the world's first-ever augmented firearm optic, providing users with data input directly on the firearm sight, as well as swappable reticles for mission-specific tasks.
