FN America is launching a new public outreach program called Battle-Proven Tour this weekend in Phoenix at ISM Raceway No. 1 during the NASCAR race. The inaugural tour will make a total of 12 stops across the United States this year at major consumer-focused events in both endemic and non-endemic markets, including the Bassmaster Classic and three different military airshows.
The events aren’t just about showcasing the company’s wares, either. “The insight gained from our interactions with consumers at these shows and events are invaluable to FN and we want more opportunities to engage and learn from them, and hopefully teach them something new about the FN brand that they didn’t know before,” said Tom Scott, marketing director for FN America.
The next Battle-Proven Tour stop will lure in a different crowd when it takes place March 16-18, 2018, at the Bassmaster Classic in Greenville, SC. It moves cross country by March 23-25, 2018, to the Arizona Game and Fish Department’s Outdoor Expo, an annual event in Phoenix, AZ, that attracts thousands of shooters, birders, hunters and outdoor enthusiasts.
Other events include the NRA Annual Meetings and Exhibits, May 4-6, 2018, in Dallas, TX and the NRA Carry Guard Expo in St. Louis, MO, Aug. 24-26, 2018. Between the pair, input will come from a different flavor group at the Dayton Air Show, which takes place June 23 to 24 in Dayton, OH.
The tour will end in October when it appears at Talladega Superspeedway’s NASCAR Race (Talladega, AL) from Oct. 13-14, 2018, followed a week later by its final 2018 event at the Wings Over Houston (Houston, TX) Oct. 21-22.
