EOTECH expanded its precision riflescope series in 2018 with the introduction of the company's all-new Vudu 5-25x50 mm FFP riflescope, built with a compact overall length that gives users the ability to make adjustments and add other optical accessories requiring top-rail real estate.

“At under 11.5 inches, one of the biggest advantages of the 5-25x is that it allows the shooter to attach clip-on thermal or night vision sights and maintain the ability to make adjustments to these devices without leaving the scope,” said Mark Miller, product manager for EOTECH. “Longer scopes with high magnification push those devices out too far on the rail where quick adjustments can’t be made.”

Overall, the length on the new EOTECH Vudu 5-25x50 optic measures in at 11.2 inches, making it one of the most compact first focal plane optics available on the market in its magnification range. Each riflescope is built with the company's XCTM high-density lens glass, which sits inside of a one-piece, machined-aluminum housing. Each optic incorporates the company's EZ Check zero-stop turrets, a popular feature that made the jump from the company's first-generation precision riflescope optics.

Built on an enlarged 34 mm main-body tube for added adjustment range, the Vudu 5-25x50 also features a locking elevation turret along with a capped windage-adjustment turret that enables users to preserve zero after making critical adjustments. The 5-25x50 Vudu also provides parallax adjustment out to 1,100 yards to ensure that users remain on-target, even at extreme distances.

Each adjustment surface on the Vudu incorporates angular cuts to provide a solid gripping surface for users operating with gloved hands or in wet environments. The unique texturing pattern ensures that they can make elevation, windage and magnification adjustments with confidence in any scenario.

Each EOTECH Vudu 5-25x50 riflescope will ship with milliradian adjustments and can be had in two reticle options: Mil-dot and Horus H59. The suggested retail price for the new scope starts at $2,099, and the company plans to make them available starting in July 2018.
