Building a truly innovative, feature-rich, high-quality reloading press can be challenging in an industry filled with top-notch competitors, but the engineers who designed the Lyman Brass Smith All-American 8-Turret Reloading Press spent years tackling this mission with great success.

“Whether you are just beginning to reload ammunition or you are an experienced reloader, you’ll find that the All-American 8-Turret Press sets up easily and is faster than single-stage presses," said Trevor Mullen, VP of global marketing and business development for Lyman Products. "Best of all, the new Turret Press is USA-made with incredibly high quality and great value."

Machined from durable cast iron, the large eight-station turret is built with an easily replaceable turret assembly, meaning that reloaders can swap turrets quickly for other caliber sets. The eight-die setup is one of the largest options available on the market, giving users the ability to hold two complete four-die sets, four two-die sets or any combination in between. The press can be used with all standard 7/8x14 TPI dies and will accept all industry-standard shell holders.

Underneath the Lyman Brass Smith All-American 8-Turret Reloading Press, consumers will find a cast-iron frame that secures a 1-inch ram and compound linkage, giving handloaders all the leverage they need to produce safe, consistent reloads. The size of the turret frame allows all rifle shooters to reload their long cartridges with ease, regardless of the overall length of their cases.

One of the newest features on the All-American press is the addition of the company's specially designed straight-line primer feed that enhances reliability, ease of use and safety. To use this new feed system, users can push the priming arm forward underneath the ram, placing it directly beneath the shell holder. For user safety, the feed tube is encompassed by a thick, heavy steel shield that protects handloaders from accidental discharges.

The Lyman Brass Smith All-American 8-Turret Reloading Press can be used by both left- and right-handed reloaders and features a powder-coated finish for added durability. The press weighs 23 pounds and sells at a suggested retail price of $249.95.
